Post bases are set and leveled before concrete cures. The frame is assembled with structural posts, beams, and rafters. Roofing material — solid panels, lattice, polycarbonate, or shade fabric — is installed and secured. Electrical conduit for fans, lighting, and outlets is run through the structure before any finish work is applied.
