We absolutely love our new backyard! The crew did an excellent job. We appreciated their hard work. Joey and Jeremy were fantastic to work with. We went with a company that did hardscape before we hired Citiscapes to do the softscape. Long story short, it took the first company almost 6 months, with repeated repairs and fixes to do an adequate. We were hesitant to hire Citiscape because of the bad taste left in our mouths by the previous company, but we did. Glad we did. It was night and day. We dealt with professional people, hard and diligent workers, the adjusted as things came up, a fair price and overall a pleasant experience and with great results. The misters, have made laying out a breeze. The entrance to our house is showcase worthy. The plants were all big and healthy. The lighting added the ambience that we were looking for. If you see a company with Pavers in its name, run away as fast as you can, and seek out Citiscapes. We began the process of adding a small patio in our front yard. Ultimately we decided to expand our vision to an additional driveway and side yard patio. Joey Oropeza came out to see our vision and helped to finalize our plans. He provided his written estimate before he left. We had four companies come out and provided estimates. We required each company to provide us references to review. We chose Citiscapes, LLC not because they were the lowest bidder (they weren’t) but because of the quality of their work. We inspected properties where they had completed recent work. That sold us. There were a couple supplier hiccups but nothing serious. The team assigned to our project were professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work done by CitiScapes adding travertine pavers to our backyard patio and pool area. Abraham was a very knowledgeable foreman of the work done and was very responsive to our questions and comments during the project. We are very happy with the end product and impressed with the service we received including the final cleanup after the job was completed.

Citiscapes LLC did an amazing job on our landscaping project. They also came back to make adjustments that we asked for and are always there to answer my questions. They are capable and great to work with!

We made an appointment with Citiscapes at the Home Show to add additional rock in our front and backyard. Kendall (owner) came within a week of talking to them at the Home Show. He listened to what we wanted to do, offering to look at other things that were not in the original scope of work. The following week the crew showed up on time and ready to work, even in the rain. Jeremy was the superintendent, with a two man crew, repeated what we had discussed with Kendall and went to work. The crew was very thorough, paid attention to details, ensuring that the area was clean when they were done. We certainly recommend Citiscapes and will use them again when we need other outdoor work.

I contacted Citiscapes because I knew I had a leak in my front yard irrigation system. They had someone out to me very quickly to work on the issue, which turned into a bigger issue than originally identified...which I kind of figured would be the case considering the system is about 24 years old now. Instead of just continuing to patch all the leaks which would have really run up a tab, Jared immediately gave me a quote for a completely new system, which was VERY reasonably priced. He had me on the schedule within a week and they got the work done quickly and beautifully. My tree and bushes are now very happy, as is my water bill, with the new system. Everyone at Citiscapes is friendly, professional and ensures you feel heard and cared for. Definitely recommend them!! In the next couple of years I plan to redo my backyard too, and they will be the first company I call!

We had a great experience with CitiScapes! They came to our house to give us a quote on 02/16/24, and our yard was completed on 03/22/24. As you can see from our before and after photos, it was a major improvement! Kendall (owner) came out to do our quote, and he was very helpful in providing suggestions and staying within the budget we gave him. Our pool was almost finished at our new build house so we needed to find a landscaper. We looked online for recommendations and we went to a home show to talk directly to multiple companies. We selected 4 different companies to give us bids. We decided to go with Kendall and Citiscapes after a long talk with him. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything. You can definitely see the military background in him. He was not the cheapest bid but there was just something about him that made us confident that we would end up with the backyard of our dreams! We are so thrilled with the outcome of our landscaping! Citiscapes did such an outstanding job from start to finish. From our design plans, to picking out plants, pavers and the color of our rock - they listened and gave sound advice of what works best for our location and Arizona in general! We just finished a fairly substantial re-model of our front and rear side yard. We're not new to this process. Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with several landscapers. From the bid to the final draw, these guys were perfect. No upselling during the bid meeting. They provided the HOA approval documents. The crew showed up on time day one and worked every day but Sunday until they finished. We knew what we wanted and they delivered. They were great.

The team at Citiscapes, were great. They understood the scope of work and completed it on time without a hitch. We wanted to add onto the back of our pool a grass area around pool for our dogs to be able to run all around the pool chasing each other and yes, more exercise for them. When I had the pool 2022 installed it took our past pool company 15 months to complete, this year they went bankrupt, and we no longer have a warrantee. I will be calling Citiscapes for our next pool installation.

They met their commitments, communicated well, and made sure we were 100% satisfied, even coming back after the job was 'finished' to make adjustments we requested. I am pleased with my experience with Citiscapes installing pavers in my backyard. I found the owner to be honest and eager to not only earn my business but to succeed in getting it right. Citiscapes was patient as my backyard project was delayed due to my pool installation (unrelated to them), and forthcoming as pricing changed due to these delays. We even added a change order at the last minute, which they could have viewed as a pain but accepted and worked around graciously. Once the work got started, the on-site foreman was communicative and collaborative, encouraging my review at various stages of the three-day effort. I would without hesitation use Citiscapes again on a future project.

Our backyard was nothing but dirt, weeds, and dog crap for years. I was so embarrassed by it. In fact, I tried to avoid going outside so I wouldn't have to look at it. I really wanted a Gazebo and a small shed, but we needed to get concrete slabs first. So I got some quotes for extending the patio and add room for a shed, and to put in a large 12x12 slab for my Gazebo. I was hesitant to reach out to Citiscapes because the job was so small and I was afraid they would be out of my price range. But their reviews were all great, which made me feel more comfortable about going with them over a smaller company. Joey totally understood my vision. He never made me feel like the job was "too small" and I was actually quite surprised that his quote was in line with what I had budgeted. He even priced out things that I wanted to get done in the future. I was so impressed with their work and Joey's professionalism, I reached out to them again for "phase 2" which involved more concrete, installing irrigation, outdoor tile, and a retaining wall for my plants. Again, it was right on budget! I now have the backyard of my dreams and plan to use Citiscapes again when we are ready to do the front yard. You can see the before and after photos below.
