Warranties

Irrigation:

• Poly Irrigation Systems: 1-year warranty on material and workmanship.
• PVC Irrigation Systems: 2-year warranty on material and workmanship.

Plant and Tree Warranties

• Plants: 3-month warranty on material and workmanship from the completion of planting. This warranty is valid only with the installation of an irrigation system.
• Trees: 3-month warranty on material and workmanship from the completion of planting. Warranty is only valid when an irrigation system is installed.
• Ocotillos: No warranty under any circumstances.
• Sod: 3-month warranty on material and workmanship from planting completion.

General Warranty for Plants, Trees, and Sod

‍All plants, trees, and sod are guaranteed for 3 months from the planting completion date with the installation of an irrigation system. Replacement of plants may be delayed during temperatures exceeding 100°F until cooler weather sets in. Note: Ocotillos are not warrantied under any circumstances.

Warranty Void ConditionsAll warranties will become void under the following conditions:

• Tampering with the irrigation system by anyone other than Citiscapes employees, causing over or under watering.
• Negligence or carelessness around plants or irrigation systems.
• Acts of God, including but not limited to frost (temperatures below 32°F), extreme heat (temperatures above 110°F), storms, flooding, insect infestations, or any other unforeseeable events.

Artificial Turf and Putting Greens Warranty

• Manufacturer Warranty: Up to 16 years, depending on the material used.
• Labor Warranty: 2 years.

Hardscape Warranties

• 2-year warranty on material and workmanship for all hardscape elements, including:some text
  • Masonry
  • Fire Pits
  • Bench Seats
  • Pavers
  • Travertine
  • Outdoor Kitchens
  • Retaining Walls
  • Block Walls
  • And more…

Additional Warranty Details for HardscapesAll warranties for hardscapes are void if:

• The irrigation system is tampered with by anyone other than Citiscapes employees.
• Negligence occurs, or there is damage from an Act of God, such as extreme weather or natural disasters.

Metal Fences and Gates Warranty

• 1-year warranty on material and workmanship for metal fences and gates.

Cement Warranties

• 1-year warranty on material and workmanship for cement work.

Curbing Warranties

• 3-month warranty on material and workmanship for curbing.

Lighting System Warranty

• 1-year warranty on material and workmanship for lighting systems.

Water Feature Warranties

• 1-year warranty on material and workmanship for water features.

Pergola Warranties

• 2-year warranty on material and workmanship for pergolas.

Misting System Warranties

• 1-year warranty on material and workmanship for misting systems.

Permitted Gas Line Warranties

• 1-year warranty on permitted gas lines.

General Warranty Exclusions

‍There are no other warranties made by the contractor, whether expressed or implied, other than those specified in the contract. The owner expressly waives any implied warranties on materials delivered by the contractor. Citiscapes is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from hidden defects or issues covered under Arizona law.
